DESCRIPTION:**This training is currently scheduled as an IN PERSON training
  at our main office\, 615 Elsinore Place\, Cincinnati\, OH**\nThis class h
 elps participants identify the knowledge and skills needed to effectively 
 use discipline strategies\, identify components of an effective approach t
 o discipline\, and identify three elements of an effective discipline stra
 tegy. We will also explore de-escalation strategies. The latter part of th
 e training will review legal permanency options for the child and help to 
 describe your role in supporting permanency goals.\n**This training is cur
