This course also provides an overvi ew of the caregiver’s responsibilities\, including advocacy\, mandated r eporting\, supporting the Family Case Plan\, partnering with the primary f amily\, and meeting the child’s needs.  Learners explore the lived expe riences of children in foster care\, the importance of belonging\, and how assumptions can affect relationships.  Through guided reflection and pra ctical strategies\, learners will understand what is needed to enhance the sense of belonging for every child in their home.\n**This training is cur rently scheduled as an IN PERSON training.
