General Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have bedroom space for a child
- Meet ODJFS background check requirements
- Have an income sufficient to meet the basic needs of the household and to make timely payment of shelter costs, utility bills, and other debts.
- And, all household members must be free of any physical, emotional, or mental condition which would endanger a child.
