Assessor

This individual will recruit, train and maintain foster homes; as well as promoting awareness in the community for the need of foster care and advocate for foster children. The position will be based out of our Beechmont office but will require travel to various office locations, foster homes and community meetings/trainings. Planned evenings and weekend hours are periodically required for training.   Learn more and apply

Development Data Analyst

This individual will lead the Development Teams effort in capturing and optimizing the use of data to help build donor engagement and secure the resources required to advance our mission. Key areas of responsibility include data entry, data integrity, reporting, analysis, interpretation and application. The position will be based out of our Beechmont office.   Learn more and apply

Family Peer Support – IFRS

This individual will assist biological parents/kin in reunification with their children. This includes assisting parents and family members in successful completion of their court ordered case plan for reunification with their children. Assisting in building parental capabilities, link to community resources and support the children and families to remain in the community with their parents/kin. The position will be based out of our Glenmore office but may require travel to various office locations and within the community. Senior Administrative Assistant

This individual will provide organizational and administrative support to the Job and Family Services Parent Education Program (PEP) and Intensive Family Restoration Services (IFRS) team at our Glenmore Office. Ensure a welcoming, customer-friendly, strength-based experience with staff, external and internal customers. Social Worker – Foster Care

This individual will assess, address and manage caseload of families and foster children. This individual will coach parents, provide mental health services for children and assist foster parents in maintaining children in foster homes. The position will be based out of our Beechmont office but may require travel to various office locations and within the community. This individual will engage and support parents referred to BAPC for parent education services by Jobs and Family Services.   The position will be based out of our Glenmore office but may require travel to various office locations and within the community. This individual will drive the recruitment strategy and workforce planning efforts to source the best talent for Beech Acres Parenting Center.
