Brice Mickey serves as the inaugural Vice President of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at Beech Acres Parenting Center. In this role, he leads the organization’s DEI initiatives, including the development and execution of an inclusion strategy that impacts both the services provided to families and the internal culture of Beech Acres.

A Cincinnati native, Brice began his journey in DEI at the University of Cincinnati, where he was deeply involved as a student in a nationally recognized intergroup dialogue program called RAPP. His passion for fostering inclusive dialogue and understanding led him to direct this program, shaping his commitment to social justice and equity.

After his tenure at UC, Brice expanded his impact as a consultant, working with over 200 organizations nationwide. He helped institutions develop and implement strategies to achieve their equity and inclusion goals, focusing on creating environments where all individuals feel valued and supported.

Brice’s leadership at Beech Acres is grounded in the principles of Natural Strength Parenting™, which emphasizes building upon individual strengths to foster resilience and positive development. His work integrates these principles with a commitment to centering belonging, ensuring that Beech Acres not only serves diverse communities but also actively works to dismantle systemic barriers to equity.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Brice enjoys spontaneous road trips, fine dining, and is a fan of the Golden Girls.
