How do I know it works?
Our evidence-based parent coaching model delivers proven results within three sessions, with lasting positive effects observed three months later.
Families experience strengthened parent-child relationships, increased self-confidence, improved self-care, and greater satisfaction in their parenting role. Recognized by the CDC as an Evidence-Based Program, this approach ensures impactful and sustainable outcomes.
Do you have a unique approach?
YES! Our Parent Coaching model is built upon Natural Strength Parenting™, Beech Acres’ unique approach to parenting. Natural Strength Parenting™ combines over 175 years of experience into a modern approach that challenges you to be present and in the moment with your child while building on your family’s strengths.
What is the difference between therapy and coaching?
Parent Coaching and Therapy both support families but differ in approach. Therapy is a treatment-focused intervention involving assessments, diagnoses, and long-term care lasting 4-6 months. Parent Coaching is a prevention-level service addressing everyday challenges with solution-focused strategies, typically completed in 3-6 sessions
What kind of training does your staff have?
Parent Coaches have at least 5-7 years of experience working with parents, kids, and families.
The full team has a minimum of a bachelor’s degree with some providers having an advanced degree. In addition, all are formally trained in Natural Strength Parent™ Coaching model and have proven results when using this model. Following the training, there is fidelity monitoring, and ongoing training held at least monthly to continuously refine and enhance knowledge and skills.
