Judith Rapport is a Licensed Social Worker on the Foster Care and Adoption team at Beech Acres and a member of the DEI committee. Judith has ten years of professional experience working in the social service field. Before joining Beech Acres, Judith worked with families in mental health crisis and as a recreational camp director. Judith has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work for the University of Cincinnati and a Master’s degree in Applied Social Sciences with a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Case Western Reserve University. She has focused her work on joining parents and families in bettering their understanding of trauma’s effect on child development. This focus has led to her most recent work as a foster care social worker coaching foster parents through the complex child protection system and helping them provide high-quality parenting to the children in their homes.  Judith finds joy in walking her two dogs, traveling the world with her husband, and hosting holidays at her home with friends and family.
