Molly Snowden

Molly relocated to Ohio from Arizona and joined Beech Acres in 2019 serving as the agency’s Director of Compliance and Risk Management. She has 20 years of professional experience serving in the child and adult human service sector through varying direct and indirect roles and positions. Prior to joining Beech Acres, Molly worked for a statewide social and human services agency and led initiatives focused on creating a culture of quality improvement, compliance, and accountability. Over the last 20 years, Molly has worked in culturally rich locations in the states of New York, Hawaii, Arizona, and Ohio, and has gained experience in geographic and socio-demographic factors affecting children and families. She has her Master’s in Healthcare Administration and has a deep passion for quality improvement and regulatory compliance and finds using these in tandem yields high operational performance. Molly is an avid reader and researcher and enjoys applying theories and knowledge to improve service delivery models, operations, and population health through sound policy application. Molly is married to her husband of 13 years, has a 22-year-old bonus daughter, is a dog mom to her Doberman Pinscher, and loves to garden, hike, and is always ready for an adventure.
