Vice President of Child Welfare and DEI Committee Co-Chair

Ricka’ has nineteen years of professional experience working in social services and non-profits. Before the leadership role in Child Welfare Ricka’ served as the agency Director of Continuous Quality Improvement and Program Evaluation and Research.  She is a champion for CQI and innovation with expertise in process improvement, project management, and compliance management.  She is a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration.  Ricka’ has served on a variety of community, social service, and leadership committees including The Non-Profit Leadership Council Executive Diversity and Inclusion steering committee, Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce Leadership Action class 5, the State of Ohio CQI Steering Committee, CHSA-FOI Evaluation Learning Community, Alliance for Strong Families and Communities the Performance Excellence group, and Greater Cincinnati Health Foundation’s Regional Access to Primary Care Committee.  Ricka’ was a panelist for the National Diversity Council Ohio Women in Leadership Symposium in 2021. She believes strongly in her responsibility to the BIPOC community and women.  She is persistent in her pursuit of opportunities to coach, mentor, and open doors that were opened for her. Ricka’ enjoys time with her family, cooking, travel, and sports.
