This is a full-length introductory course. Nonviolent Crisis Intervention® training is a behavior management system that teaches simple skills for assessing, managing, and responding to risk behavior. The focus is on verbal de-escalation, prevention, and early intervention.
There will be a 1/2 hour lunch break.
Crisis will be held in person at Beech Acres, 615 Elsinore Place, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
Required once for all foster parents in their first certification with BAPC.
Each attendee must register individually.
