In this ongoing training for licensed foster parents, we will discuss some of the challenges families face in the adoption process. Hamilton County Probate Court Judge Ralph Winkler will be joining our discussion for a brief Q&A session.
Please reserve one ticket per attendee. Video required for training credit. Same-household attendees may attend on one or multiple devices. This class is only open to licensed foster parents with Beech Acres.
Hamilton County Probate Court Judge Ralph Winkler has served our community with distinction for over 20 years as part of our county’s judiciary, first in Municipal Court, then the Court of Common Pleas and currently as the Probate Judge.
Prior to taking the bench, Judge Ralph Winkler, worked 11 years as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and a Probate Lawyer. In his 20 years on the bench, Judge Ralph Winkler has presided over more than 70,000 cases.
Judge Ralph Winkler’s compassion for the children awaiting adoption in our community and those suffering from mental illness, prompted him to seek this position.
Judge Winkler is married to Tracy Winkler. They have 3 daughters, Allison, Andrea and Allayna and 7 beautiful grandchildren.
