What are the roles and responsibilities of a foster care parent? In this module we will review those roles and responsibilities. Participants will also learn about diversity in the following ways: identify humility and competence as they relate to diversity, discuss issues of disproportionality and disparity within the child protection system, review implicit bias, identify strategies to provide an inclusive and equitable home.

**This training is currently scheduled as a virtual Live Synchronous Webinar. Video is required.

Kinship Provider Ticket If you are currently providing kinship care for a child or are preparing to do so, pick this ticket. (This class may not be required. Please check with agency.)
