This course also provides an overview of the caregiver’s responsibilities, including advocacy, mandated reporting, supporting the Family Case Plan, partnering with the primary family, and meeting the child’s needs. Learners explore the lived experiences of children in foster care, the importance of belonging, and how assumptions can affect relationships.
