Beech Acres Parenting Center SMS Terms and Conditions

1. Program Description: When you opt-in to receive text messages from Beech Acres Parenting you will receive text (SMS) messages to the phone number you provide.  The kinds of text messages you will receive may include appointment reminders, client support and to answer questions about the services we provide.
2. Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary depending on appointment frequency and the type of support needed or question asked.
3. Opt-In:  To receive text messages from Beech Acres Parenting Center please review and complete this form.  After the form is completed, you will receive a welcome message with a contact who will provide you support or answer your question.
4. Opt-Out:  You have the right to opt-out of receiving SMS messages by texting STOP to a message that was received from Beech Acres Parenting Center.  After you text STOP you will receive one additional text message to confirm you will no longer receive text messages.  To opt back in you will need to complete this form to agree to receive text messages again.
5. Cost:  Message and data rates may apply to each text message you send to or receive from Beech Acres Parenting Center.  If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider as you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider.
6. Carriers:  Beech Acres Parenting Center will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any text messages.  Delivery of text messages is subject to your wireless provider’s network and your provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to changes these Terms from time to time.  Any material updates to these terms will be communicated to you.  You agree to review these SMS Term and Conditions periodically to ensure you are aware of any changes.  Your continued consent to receive Beech Acres Parenting Center text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
